Our Pedagogical Approach: Participant-Centred Learning

At the core of our teaching methodology lies participant-centred learning (PCL), originally developed by the Harvard Business School. By placing the student at the centre of the didactic process, this approach emphasises the principle that course participants largely generate their own learning outcomes through structured discussions.

The discussions revolve around case studies that are meticulously tailored to meet the specific objectives of each class and are based on real-world scenarios.

Included in the tuition fee are all study materials, textbooks and coffee breaks. Furthermore, one elective course is included. Not included in the tuition fee are most meals, travel and accommodation. The elective week consists of a compact week-long course in Frankfurt or in a major business or innovation hub abroad. One elective course is required for the programme. The programme is designed for experienced business executives who would like to develop their management expertise and leadership skills with a demanding course of studies and enlarge their professional networks across diverse industries.

Admission requirements include the following: qualification for university entrance, initial academic degree or equivalent, and at least five years of work experience with appropriate managerial responsibility.

Good English language skills are required. Applicants will have a one-on-one interview as well as a group discussion in English in order to assess language competencies.
