  • Curriculum specifically focusing on general management and entrepreneurship
  • Personalised leadership coaching to enhance individual growth and development
  • Implementation of participant-centred learning methodologies, utilising case studies following the renowned Harvard method
  • International perspective fostered through an "International Week" component
  • Distinguished faculty members composed of reputable professors and experienced industry practitioners
  • Extensive and robust alumni network, providing valuable connections and opportunities

Our Pedagogical Approach: Participant-Centred Learning

At the core of our teaching methodology lies participant-centred learning (PCL), originally developed by the Harvard Business School. By placing the student at the centre of the didactic process, this approach emphasises the principle that course participants largely generate their own learning outcomes through structured discussions.

The discussions revolve around case studies that are meticulously tailored to meet the specific objectives of each class and are based on real-world scenarios.

Additionally, teamwork and group presentations are integral components of this interactive learning method.
