Lecturers in the Master´s degree programme in Human Resource Management are, without exception, professors with many years of practical professional experience in responsible positions in national and international companies or institutions.

Admission restriction: yes (1st study semester)

Bachelor's degree course in Business Administration or a combined degree course in Economics or Social Sciences as well as
- at least 18 ECTS from module examinations (excluding practical and project modules and Bachelor's thesis) in the fields of human resources and staff management, personnel management and organisation.
- If applicable, outstanding credits from the Bachelor's degree course worth a maximum of 15 ECTS (Bachelor's certificate and record must be submitted by 30 November).
