As a rule, you should have at least three years of professional experience.
Annotation
The Master's degree programme with vocational and academic elements in Executive Engineering is aimed at managers and junior managers in technology-driven companies. To make these companies fit for the future, it is important to assess and implement technological developments.
The Executive Engineering degree course provides you with continuing education in the field of technology management and technical leadership. During the course, you will deepen your engineering knowledge and get to know interdisciplinary management concepts. The aim is for you to be able to review the practical suitability of the knowledge you have acquired in your studies and to establish a transfer of knowledge.
The degree course offers you the specialisation options "Technology Management and Leadership" and "Modern and Future Technology".
During your studies, you will be actively supported by your employer so that you have the opportunity to apply the knowledge you acquire immediately in your everyday work.
Admission requirements
The DHBW CAS Master’s degree programme is a continuing education and career-integrated programme. The following admission requirements apply for starting a degree course:
- You have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree (or comparable) or a Master of Engineering/Science, regardless of which university, university of applied sciences or cooperative university it is from.
- After completing your Bachelor's degree, you have usually worked and gained experience for at least three years in a job appropriate to your desired degree programme.
- A solid previous education in , technology
- Letter of motivation from the applicant and letter of recommendation from the company
- Individual consultation
- Very good proficiency in German

Der Duale Master finanziert sich komplett durch Studiengebühren. In den Studiengebühren sind die Studierendenwerksbeiträge, Verwaltungsgebühren, Beiträge zur Verfassten Studierendenschaft, Prüfungsgebühren und die Berechtigung zur Nutzung der Infrastruktur am DHBW CAS bereits enthalten. Bei Studienbeginn wird eine einmalige Anmeldegebühr in Höhe von 400 Euro erhoben.
