Location

The OHM Professional School is located in the heart of Nuremberg, within immediate walking distance from the lively city centre. The OPS campus is located next to the Cramer Klett Park, which is a nice spot for studying or spending your breaks outside. Additionally, the large green area Wöhrder Wiese is nearby as well.

Nuremberg is a lively city of half a million inhabitants and nearly 1,000 years of history in the centre of Europe. It is the economic and cultural centre of Northern Bavaria with a flair of innovation and science. At approximately 20%, the number of foreign nationals living in this open-minded city is well above the average for Bavaria and Germany as a whole.

Nuremberg has a lot more to offer than merely its world-famous gingerbread ("Lebkuchen"), Nuremberg sausages and the “Christkindlesmarkt” Christmas market. There are many sights to see in the city. The tourism office is happy to provide you with information in various languages, with city maps and recommendations.

Furthermore, you have various options for your leisure activities like cinemas, parks, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, clubs, numerous cafés and pubs, theatres and an opera house, museums, concerts and festivals, including the famous “Rock im Park” festival.

The public transport infrastructure can take you to all these sites quickly and conveniently. When studying at the OHM Professional School, you can benefit from the Nuremberg Institute of Technology student ticket, which is a cheap way to use public transport every semester. Additionally, the OPS campus is easy to reach with public transportation.

The city of Nuremberg also has its own airport and its main railway station is connected to the German high speed train network, providing lots of quick travel options.
