Second Semester Modules (Nürtingen – summer semester)

  • Applied International Corporate Finance (Mergers and Acquisitions / Private Equity & Acquisition Financing / IPO & Investor Relations)

For IFM students, it is optional to spend their third semester either in Nürtingen or their third and fourth semester as a free mover at a university of their choice to receive a double degree.

The programme only starts in the winter semester each year (usually beginning of October) with a standard duration of three semester and 90 ECTS. The mode of study is predominantly in person and on campus.

Course organisation

The programme starts in October (winter semester) each year.

First semester: Nürtingen, Germany (lectures from October to February)

Second semester: Nürtingen, Germany (lectures from March to July)

Alternatively, students have the option to pursue a double degree as a free mover. In this case, students usually spend their third and fourth semester at a university of their choice.

Academic admission requirements

Academic admission requirements include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in the areas of business, economics, management or business law from a national or international institution of higher education. The degree must show evidence of above-average examination results.

Language requirements

Applicants must provide proof of their English language skills in form of an English proficiency test (e.g. TOEFL, IELTS) or proof that the degree they apply with (Bachelor's/Master's) was conducted completely in English.
