Our voices

The MBA at Kempten Business School has been a transformative experience, combining business knowledge, leadership development, and strategic thinking. The diverse cohort and practical, international learning made it highly enriching. Balancing studies with personal commitment was challenging but rewarding.
The programme strengthened my confidence, decision-making, and professional network, opening new opportunities. I recommend it for those seeking career growth and international exposure.

Further details

Course organisation

Participants in the International Business Management & Leadership MBA programme have a variety of scheduling options to individually customise the MBA programme. One option for international students is to study our programme in the Fast Track version for 18 months, including the Master's thesis. You start in September. You are able to do this on a full-time basis, but it is also possible to do this while you work.

The other option is to study on a part-time basis for five semesters in the Standard Track variation.

Choose the format of blended learning (mix of face-to-face seminars, online self-study phase/web-based learning and live web sessions or coaching according to defined learning objectives) or online flex (completely online).

You will join different MBA groups for the seminars. Since most classes are offered at least twice per year, MBA participants can also set up an individual schedule and a mixture between blended learning and online flex studies. Most classes are at the weekend or online in the evening hours.

During the week, you will work on your assignments or participate in web-based learning, online live classes, coaching or German classes. Should you not be able to attend certain seminars for professional, family or personal reasons, these courses can be taken with one of our parallel MBA groups or retaken during a subsequent semester.
