The Master of Science in Business Management qualifies graduates for management positions in international companies and organisations in the digital area. This programme offers:

The Master of Science in Business Management tackles current topics in international management as well as practical issues in global companies. In addition to traditional management skills, you will learn new ways of shaping business models and value chains, marketing products and services, and new management styles. A modern mix of distant teaching approaches and the integration of practical student projects is applied.
The specialisation in digital business management prepares you for leadership and specialist roles in the field of digital businesses, either in start-ups or in larger firms. You will extend and broaden your knowledge in areas such as digital leadership, digital marketing or digital entrepreneurship.

Course organisation
The Master of Science in Business Management begins in October and runs over the course of 24 months. The distance-learning programme is divided into three sections:
- Phase one: You will learn and build upon fundamental concepts, theories and applications of business administration. You will develop an essential understanding of management with a special emphasis on digital business.
- Phase two: Through the elective modules, you will specialise in digital business management.
- Phase three: your Master's thesis

Academic admission requirements
- University degree (210 CP) and at least one year of postgraduate work experience
- For applicants without a first university degree: five years of relevant work experience plus a qualification test
Language requirements
- Proof of English skills at least at level B2 (C1 recommended)
- Certification must be less than three years old.
Technical equipment and programmes
The Moodle learning platform is used for teaching. We use various conference systems such as MS Teams, WebEx and BigBlueButton for our online live-sessions and consultancy and advisory services. All self-learning contents are provided on the Moodle learning platform, structured by HP5 and other tools.
