Description

The Master’s in Organisational Psychology* equips students with both scientific expertise and practical skills to understand, shape, and guide psychological processes in organisations. The curriculum combines topics such as psychological assessment, organisational behaviour, leadership development, corporate health management, and systemic coaching with advanced research methods and hands-on projects. Graduates develop the ability to analyse organisational change scientifically and to translate knowledge into effective practice.

  • Psychology, Applied Psychology, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Educational Sciences / Pedagogy, Social Work, Health Sciences, Public Health, Business Administration / Management, HRM, Leadership, Human Resources / Personnel Management, or Neuroscience / Cognitive Science

Language requirements
