Beginning: Winter semester for students starting in Münster

The winter semester starts at the beginning of October and lasts until mid-February, including the examination phase.

The summer semester starts at the beginning of March and lasts until mid-July, including the examination phase.

Course organisation

After a two- or four-semester course of study at FH Münster (depending on the partner university to which students will subsequently move), EBP students continue their studies abroad. The semester in which the internship takes place depends on the partner university.

  • Bachelor's thesis (6 ECTS)

Compulsory for incoming students:

Students from Münster spend two semesters abroad.
Students from partner universities spend two semesters in Münster.
Upon successful completion of the course, students receive both a Bachelor of Arts degree from FH Münster and a corresponding degree from the partner university.

Academic admission requirements

For EBP students starting in Münster: A course entrance exam must be passed (assessment of particular educational background).
For students starting at a partner university: Applicants must have successfully completed the semesters at the home university as agreed.

Language requirements

For EBP students starting in Münster: Proof of language skills depend on the chosen partner university. Foreign students who would like to start EBP in Münster must provide proof of their German skills (for example, TestDaF 4).
Students starting at a partner university must provide proof of language proficiency in the language in which they wish to study (English or German B2).
