The degree course is primarily aimed at participants with a background in economics and law who are interested in a career in the fields of business law, insolvency law and tax law. Among others, it is aimed at young graduates, young professionals, legal trainees and doctoral candidates,; as well as experienced professionals, lawyers and managers in middle and senior management, in the service sector and in companies, who can benefit from a highly qualifying continuing education programme thanks to the career-integrated option.

Admission requirements
The requirement for admission is a successfully completed university degree in Law or Economics with the following qualifications:
• State Examination
• Diploma degree, Bachelor’s or Master’s academic degree (graduating among the top 50% of all graduates) from a university worth at least 240 ECTS credits. Up to 60 ECTS points can be obtained on the basis of professional qualifications.
Applicants with a focus on economics should have basic knowledge of law.
For this degree course, you should have obtained your first certificate of academic degree in a degree course of the following subject groups and/or study areas:
• Subject group: Economics, law
Minimum language proficiency required:
• DSH-2 (German)
In addition to a completed first university degree, you will need the following practical experience: 1 year of professional experience in the field of Business Administration, Law
