Annotation

Engineering informatics is the art of using state-of-the-art computer technology to achieve new innovative advances in various technical disciplines. The degree programme focuses on the application of computer science in an engineering discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Process Engineering. In addition to technical fundamentals, engineering informatics students also acquire in-depth specialist knowledge in the fields of software engineering, simulation, modelling, algorithms and data structures, mathematics, security/reliability and specification technology.
