In the research-oriented Master´s degree programme in Molecular Nutritional Science at the University of Hohenheim, you deal with the molecular aspects of nutrition. This degree course focuses on the mechanisms of food effects as well as the effects of diets in healthy and high-risk groups. Among other things, research is conducted into the interactions between nutrition, intestinal bacteria and the immune system, the effect of bioactive food ingredients and the neurosensory regulation of hunger and satiety.
