Annotation

The research-oriented Master’s degree programme in Medical Nutritional Science combines nutritional science expertise with clinical issues. During your studies at the University of Hohenheim, you will develop sound expertise in nutrition-related diseases and deal intensively with their pathophysiological causes, diagnostics, prevention options and therapy options. Based on this knowledge, after successfully completing your studies, you will be able to conduct clinical research to develop nutritional therapy strategies as well as to critically analyse specialist literature and present it to the public in a comprehensible way.
