Annotation

Food Chemistry is a special field of chemistry with a focus on analytical chemistry and structural analysis. During the course, you will expand your existing repertoire of methods in instrumental, biochemical, microbiological and molecular biological analysis. You will deepen your knowledge of the composition of raw materials, food and feed as well as consumer goods and the reactions of the respective ingredients during production, storage and use. The Master's degree course in Food Chemistry is offered in cooperation with the University of Stuttgart.
