Der Studiengang vermittelt Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten zur Gestaltung einer nachhaltigen Nahrungsmittelproduktion. Praxisorientiert und wissenschaftlich fundiert werden die Studierenden mit Konzepten und Methoden des ökologischen und nachhaltigen Wirtschaftens in der Ernährungswirtschaft vertraut gemacht.
