Target groups are university graduates from different disciplines with professional experience in the areas of organisational development and personnel development that wish to acquire in-depth knowledge and value practically-oriented postgraduate studies(e.g. personnel advisors, managers, people with responsibility for change processes). We also address people that wish to prepare themselves to perform tasks in this field in a targeted manner.
