Admission requirements

First professionally qualifying degree (Bachelor’s, Diploma degree or comparable)
• Social Work
• Childhood Pedagogy
• Education Science
• Health Sciences
• Care Management
• Sociology
• Psychology
with an overall grade of 1.7 or higher. (Admission is denied for those with a grade lower than 2.5.)

If the overall grade is not achieved, the following must be proven after the first academic degree:
• Relevant practical experience of at least 6 months, amounting to at least 50% of a full-time equivalent per week
and
• Relevant continuing education of at least 100 hours

Furthermore, applicants must provide a written paper of approx. 500 words in German outlining why they wish to pursue the course.
