Admission requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in the same or a similar subject area. The faculties administer an aptitude test on the basis of the application documents (transcripts of the previous degree). Proof of German or English, according to the teaching language of the course.

Tuition fees

There are no tuition fees at TU Ilmenau, only a semester contribution. This amounts to approx. 250 euros for new students (plus a one-time fee of 20 euros for the student ID card upon enrolment).
