Annotation
The Bachelor’s degree programme in Vocational Education ideally prepares you for teaching at vocational schools and in further and continuing education. You will learn to reflect on your experiences as an emergency paramedic and build your teaching skills to pass on your knowledge. In addition, we support you in bringing your prior knowledge up to date, overcoming weaknesses and building on your strengths. Through our participant-oriented teaching and learning methods, we promote your ability to reflect on and transfer academic work. As an academically trained teacher in vocational education, you can help shape the necessary changes in the emergency services. Because efficient rescue requires good teaching.
Admission requirements
- Higher education entrance qualification (general or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification) and three years of professional training in a relevant health profession
- or completed three years of professional training in a relevant health profession with continuing education as a teacher and a counselling interview at the Fürth campus
- or completed three years of professional training in a relevant health profession and three years of full-time professional experience and a counselling interview at the Fürth campus
- In the event of admission under Art. 45 (2) Higher Education Act of Bavaria (BayHSchG), you will study the first two semesters as trial semesters

The monthly fee remains the same throughout the entire period of study.
The one-off enrolment fee is:

With the exception of any classification, aptitude or equivalence tests, no separate examination costs or the like, not even for repeat examinations, will be charged. This gives you maximum cost transparency during your degree course.
