Annotation
In our new New Work and Coaching MBA, we prepare you for a role as a coach and organisational developer in the context of a changing world of work. You will learn to successfully accompany new work transformations and, in addition, to independently coach those involved and those affected whose roles in organisations are changing.
In addition to the combination of new work and coaching, your degree course includes management-oriented vocational training that helps you understand the reality of life and the business processes of executives and managers and to advise them. At the same time, you will strengthen your soft skills, learn and work in a highly project-oriented manner and develop your personality further.
Admission requirements
To apply for the MBA course in Business Coaching and New Work Organisational Development, you will need:
- University or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor’s or Diploma degree) worth at least 180 ECTS + at least 3 years of professional experience in management, consulting or HR or
- University or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor’s or Diploma degree) worth at least 240 ECTS + at least 2 years of professional experience in management, consulting or HR
-Letter of motivation
- Certificate of general or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification
- Curriculum vitae with current passport photo
- Copy of identity document (front and back), copy of passport or national identity card for foreign students
NOTICE: All students who start with fewer than 240 ECTS must also complete a practice-oriented bridge module during their studies, in which their previous professional experience is classified and reflected in relation to the degree programme.

Tuition fees
Tuition fees:
- Nationality | EU/EEA (incl. Western Balkans, Switzerland and Ukraine): EUR 690/month
- Nationality | Non-EU/EEA: EUR 4,140/semester
The tuition contribution (per month/per semester) remains the same throughout the entire period of study. A one-off registration fee of EUR 750 (EU/EEA)/ EUR 1,000 (non-EU/EEA) will be charged.
