Annotation

Sustainability, digitalisation and artificial intelligence are changing medical and health technologies.
The industry is evolving rapidly. It needs new, innovative solutions – for example:

intelligent systems that control processes sustainably
Networked digital product passports, for sustainable lifecycle management
New materials that conserve resources
Modular concepts for 9R strategies (reuse, remanufacture, etc.)

These changes bring new challenges for engineers – but also exciting opportunities to help shape healthcare in a sustainable way.

Our Master’s degree programme is aimed at engineers who would like to gain a further qualification and specialise.

What's special:
The degree course has an interdisciplinary structure. This means that It connects different areas.

You will acquire knowledge in two important areas:

Health Technologies
Sustainable Innovations – for example:

Circular Economy
Efficient production
Digital Technologies and AI

The aim is to develop products and processes using technologies that are sustainable and future-proof.

Admission requirements

You can apply for this Master’s degree course if you have already completed a professionally qualifying STEM degree course.
This means that You have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences or Technology.

Your degree course must include at least 105 credits in subjects that deal with Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Computer Science.
