\tpeople who would like to exchange subject-specific experience with other working professionals, in order to gain insight into solutions and procedures at other enterprises.

Annotation

Consolidation of relevant topics from management, consulting and soft skills. The distance learning programme combines course content on a scientific level with professional practice in close cooperation with industry.

The didactic concept is based on three core components:
- Self-study through online study material,
- Learning together via the online platform OLAT,
- Attendance phases

Admission requirements

a) With a first degree
- completed studies (with a grade of 2.5 or better) from a university or university of applied sciences or an accredited Bachelor's degree from a university of cooperative education and
- at least one year of professional experience in the field of business administration, technology or IT after completion of the first certificate of academic degree and at least two years of professional experience by completion of the degree course,
- evidence of English language proficiency corresponding to level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) or recognised evidence which is at least equivalent.
For an average grade of less than 2.5, admission is determined by means of an aptitude test.

b) Without a first degree
- University entrance qualification and
- at least 3 years of professional experience with managerial responsibilities and content related to the degree course as well as
- passing of an aptitude test and
- evidence of English language proficiency corresponding to level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) or recognised evidence which is at least equivalent.
