The programme is designed to prepare individuals who aspire to a management position in a company or institution professionally and personally for this task. General business knowledge and experience are required.

An overall grade less than 2.5 can be improved by 0.1 to a maximum of 1.0 for each completed year of relevant professional activity that exceeds the above-mentioned required scope.

Admission requirements

Prerequisite is a first professional qualifying economics degree with at least a grade of 2.5 and 210 or 180 credit points (ECTS) or a closely related degree program with at least 90 credit points for basic economic competences or
a first professionally qualifying degree with a grade of 2.5 and 210 or 180 credit points (ECTS) if the applicant has equivalent economics skills or several years of relevant professional activity

If the previous study comprises at least 180 and less than 210 ECTS points, or if there are any subject-related deficits, the missing credits will have to be made up.
AND
Proof of a qualified work experience of at least one year, which requires an above-mentioned degree.
