Target group

Professionals in the working environment in Banking and Capital Market Law with a first certificate of academic degree, ideally in Law or Economics. You have already worked in the study-relevant area for at least 12 months, applied the methods and knowledge acquired in the first degree and would like to deepen and further develop these in the master's programme.

Annotation

The Master of Banking & Capital Markets Law (LL.M.) provides in-service comprehensive knowledge of the legal and economic-theoretical foundations, in particular with regard to corporate financing and its regulatory treatment. It enables you to analyse complex transactions and develop solution concepts with an interdisciplinary approach.
