Target group
The programme is structured as a consecutive course to the relevant Bachelor's degree course; however, it is also aimed in principle at all graduates of an Engineering or Technical Sciences subject with a high proportion in one of the four subjects or in Industrial Engineering. The full-time Master's degree programme in Industrial Engineering imparts these skills in four subject-specific specialisations: Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physical Engineering or Electrical Engineering and combines them in an interdisciplinary manner with business administration content.

The requirement for admission to or continuation of studies in the Master’s degree programme in Industrial Engineering at Münster University of Applied Sciences is a first professionally certificate of academic degree in Engineering or the Engineering Sciences with a high proportion of either
chemical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering or physical engineering or in the field of Industrial Engineering.
