Master programme of the University for Jewish Studies Heidelberg and of Padeia The European Institute for Jewish Studies in Sweden: The first stage of the course usually takes place in Stockholm. Applications for this one-year programme can be submitted until the 15 April of each year for the following winter semester.

The consecutive Master's aims to educate students in the cultural development of Jewish civilisations through language and source studies. Jewish life is not restricted to religious rites, but also includes all areas of human existence. Correspondingly, the Hochschule für Jüdische Studien offers several sub-areas, starting with the history of the Jewish people, to the Bible and Talmud, Philosophy, Literature and Linguistics right up to Jewish Art.

a completed Bachelor's degree in a relevant sub-subject of the
