In order to be able to use your information in the DAAD counselling session, we will send you a code to the email address you are registered with at My GUIDE.
If the email has not arrived in your inbox, please check the spam folder of your email account. If you use multiple email accounts, be sure to check the email account you are logged into My GUIDE with.
Of course, sometimes the email may arrive a little delayed. If you have not received an email after 15 minutes and have checked your spam folder, please resend a code.
You will need to take the code with you to your counselling session so that the DAAD can use your information.
Please note: If you subsequently make changes to your information under My GUIDE, you must send yourself a new code so that these changes are available in the counselling session.
