Four-week pre-study work placement in the food industry or artisanal production in the areas of manufacture, sales or logistics at a consumer or nutrition counselling centre, in the area of food quality and control or commercial kitchens
(does not apply for specialised secondary school education in technology and agriculture and/or qualifications in relevant apprenticeship occupations (e.g. domestic science, artisanal food production, nursing, commercial training related to artisanal food production or supply)).
