- Proof of a training agreement:
- Training contract as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic (applications: machine and plant construction), electronic technician for operations engineering plus confirmation from the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) (registration of the training contract)
Proof of care for own children:
- Birth certificate of child/children, (household) registration certificate (request from local authority/district town hall), custody declaration (for fathers not married to the mother and vice versa) or marriage certificate
Proof of care for close relatives (parents, grandparents, children or spouse):
- Attestation of attending physician
Evidence of personal serious illness or disability:
- Severe disability card (minimum degree 50%) or a consultant's report on the disability/chronic illness, presented in a way understandable by a lay person
Proof if in employment (at least 50% of a full-time position):
- Employment contract
Proof of athlete status:
- Certification from respective sports association
