-Employment agreement or training agreement and current evidence of employment

- Birth certificate of child/children, (household) registration certificate (request from local authority/district town hall), custody declaration (for fathers not married to the mother and vice versa) or marriage certificate

Evidence of of care for close relatives (parents, grandparents, children or spouse):
-- Attestation of attending physician

Evidence of personal serious illness or disability:
-- Severe disability card (minimum degree 50%) or a consultant's report on the disability/chronic illness, presented in a way understandable by a lay person
