The minor subject Computer Science is divided into a compulsory component as well as the compulsory elective courses Mathematics, Technical Computer Science and Practical Computer Science. The two compulsory modules teach basic knowledge of computer science (learning an object-oriented programming language, basic knowledge of design, development and testing of programmes, design of simple algorithms and data structures as well as necessary abstraction techniques).
