Target group

Graduates of a Bachelor´s degree course in Nutritional Science or Ecotrophology or of a Bachelor's degree course with a specialisation profile that constitutes a basis for commencing the Master's degree course. Decisions are made by the Examination Committee.

Annotation

The degree course provides in-depth knowledge in the field of nutritional sciences with the option of individual specialisation in the areas of preventive and therapeutic nutrition or food sciences. Students engage in an in-depth exploration of the physiological and biochemical processes of human nutrition, nutritional disorders, the composition and analysis of foods, and the functional mode of action of food ingredients.

Admission requirement is a relevant Bachelor's degree. An academic degree in Nutritional Sciences is considered relevant. The Examination Board may recognise other courses as equivalent in the context of the application and admission procedure after a case-by-case examination.
