The degree programme in Business Administration at the Duisburg campus is organised in a block system, which enables compact teaching, learning and examination phases. There is a wide range of business specialisations allowing students to set their own individual priorities. Lecturers active in research structure the content to be practical and regularly include current issues as well as partners from the business world. The studies are complemented by interdisciplinary modules that promote a broader view of economic contexts. A mentoring programme supports students at the start of the course. The organisation of the course of study is accompanied by structured advice and professional processes. International partnerships and double degree programmes open up opportunities to study abroad. The degree course also offers direct contact with employers and the option of continuing with a Master’s degree at the same location.

Admission requirements
General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur), 12 weeks of professional experience (can be made up during your studies). In addition to a solid command of English, those interested in the subject of Business Administration should have an affinity for mathematical questions and theory-based problem-solving approaches as well as a strong interest in active and passive work with texts (book studies). Proof of language proficiency at level DSH2 required for international students.
