Since October 2015, the career-integrated Master's degree programme in Labour Market Oriented Counselling (M.A.) has been offered at the HdBA for employees of the Federal Employment Agency. In this continuing education course, 120 ECTS credits can be earned in five semesters. The course concludes with a Master of Arts academic degree.

The Master’s degree course in Labour Market Counselling is offered as a personnel development instrument only for employees of the Federal Employment Agency (BA). Employees who have been identified by their managers as having potential for vertical personnel development are proposed to the development conference.
