Admission requirements
Evidence of the language skills required for the degree course is to be provided by: - Either evidence of language learning for a specific number of school years, or - Submission of a language certificate, which confirms that the applicant has the required language level in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference (hereinafter CEFR). Certificates from private language schools, from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) and from an adult education school will also be accepted. If the certificate presents skills individually in accordance with the CEFR, half of the individual scores must correspond to the level required for the respective language. For the first foreign language (F1) the following must be demonstrated: In English, at least 6 years or CEFR level B2 In French, at least 4 years or CEFR level B1 In Spanish, at least 4 years or CEFR level B1\; For the second foreign language (F2) the following must be demonstrated: In English, at least 6 years or CEFR level B2 In French, at least 2 years or CEFR level A2 In Spanish, at least 2 years or CEFR level A2 Note: Proofs of language proficiency are not requested until enrolment (i.e. not during the application procedure).
