1) The current B.Sc. Psychology of the TU Darmstadt does not meet the legal requirements for the future training of psychotherapists. Thus, the B.Sc. Psychology of the TU Darmstadt excludes the possibility to train as a psychotherapist.
2) Access is also possible with a recognised university of applied sciences entrance qualification.
3) From the winter semester 2025/26 onwards, the study aptitude test in psychology (BaPsy-DGPs) can be submitted in addition to the higher education entrance qualification (HZB) grade when applying for the 1st summer semester in psychology: https://www.studieneignungstest-psychologie.de/.
If you wish to apply for a study place for the winter semester 2025/26, you must register for the aptitude test as early as winter 2024/25.
First day of registration: 15.12.2024
Last day of registration: 15.02.2025
Latest date for payment of test fee: 15.02.2025
Test days: 24 May and 25 May 2025
Applications without this voluntary additional aptitude test are still possible. The application period of the TU Darmstadt applies equally to applications with and without an additional voluntary aptitude test.
