Admission requirements

Admission to the continuing education Master's degree course is possible with or without a first certificate of academic degree. Admission requirements are:

Applicants with a first certificate of academic degree

A first successfully completed certificate of academic degree, but not the first legal examination/first state law examination,
Proof of at least one year of relevant (i.e. legal) professional experience after the first certificate of academic degree.

Applicants without a first certificate of academic degree

Proof of a higher education entrance qualification pursuant to Section 77 (2) of the Saarland Higher Education Act (SHSG),
Proof of at least three years of relevant legal professional experience,
passing an aptitude test.
