Annotation
The study for the advanced police enforcement service is preceded by a nine-month advanced training at one of the training locations of the Baden-Württemberg University of Applied Sciences (HfPolBW). The training locations are in Biberach, Böblingen, Bruchsal, Lahr and Wertheim. A six-month basic internship and a six-month advanced internship are integrated into the programme.

Training within the administration. The personnel recruitment department in Böblingen is responsible for admission to the course \; . 'Direct entrants' with a high school diploma (i.e. not 'newcomers' from the middle level of law enforcement) must first complete a 9-month pre-qualification at the institute for training and vocational training. Hiring once a year for the 1st of July.
