Target group

The Master's degree course offers dedicated young designers the chance to study individual key areas in greater depth, to develop further in an interdisciplinary environment and to deal with unusual topics intensively in both theory and practice.

Admission requirements

1. Proof of a completed degree (at least 180 ECTS / 6 theoretical semesters* or 210 ECTS / 6 theoretical and 1 practical semester) in Design or a related degree course with an overall examination grade of "good" or better at a German university or an equivalent academic degree.
*The missing practical semester must be completed within one year after the start of the Master's degree course

2. Aptitude procedure (admission interview with submission of a portfolio)

3. Submission of work samples (portfolio)

4. For international applicants: good command of written and spoken German (DSH-2/ TestDaF-3).
