The Universität Mainz offers the Bachelor's degree from the fifth subject-related semester or the Master of Education exclusively for the Teaching Qualification for Grammar School-level. It is not possible to combine Visual Arts with Music in the teacher training course.

Admission requirements

A portfolio of 20 to 30 personal works (portfolio assessment) must be submitted before the registration deadline as part of the aptitude test (see deadlines and dates). A pass in the portfolio assessment test is a prerequisite for taking part in the assessment test (see deadlines and dates).
