1. A completed technical degree from an institution of higher education as well as relevant work experience of at least a year or 2. A completed non-technical degree from an institution of higher education, as well as relevant work experience of at least five years and the successful completion of a written admission test in the subjects Mathematics, Engineering Mechanics and Construction
