Students with a Bachelors degree in Construction and Real Estate Management/Facilities Management or in Technical Building Management
or
with a Bachelor's degree, graduate in Engineering from a university of applied sciences or graduate in related disciplines (e.g. Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering (Construction), or Supply Engineering/Technical Building Services (TGA))
Graduates of Interior Design (Bachelor, Engineering Diploma from a university of applied sciences) or graduate engineer qualification (Diplomingenieur) may be admitted if they can show that they have at least three years of practical experience relating to construction or to Construction and Real Estate Management/Facilities Management or Technical Building Management.
Admission requirements
Completion of the Bachelor's degree course with an average grade no worse than 2.7.
