Applicants who did not obtain their higher education entrance qualification at an institution in a German-speaking country must provide proof of German proficiency at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) (DSH-2 or equivalent).

Proof of at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the social field, amounting to at least half of the standard local weekly working hours for a full-time position, as well as work experience in the social field alongside studies, amounting to at least half of the standard local weekly working hours for a full-time position
