Admission requirements

Higher education entrance qualification, completed training in a commercial or technical profession in the healthcare sector in accordance with federal law or the Vocational Training Act (Berufsbildungsgesetz), in a human-focused healthcare profession or comparable training in terms of content and areas of activity. The equivalence of the training in terms of content and areas of activity may be determined by the Examination Board upon request. Proof of completed vocational training is not required if the applicant has already completed a degree course relevant to health sciences and is applying to the programme to pursue a second degree.

Applicants who did not obtain their higher education entrance qualification at an institution in a German-speaking country must provide proof of German proficiency at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) (DSH-2 or equivalent).
