The programme is aimed at graduates with a first academic degree in architecture from European and non-European countries who want to focus on architecture in an international context.
Annotation
The focus of the English-language degree course "Advanced Architecture" is on the combination of design and construction. In terms of content, design and construction is dealt with in all scales from urban contexts to one-to-one detail. This is done, for example, in study projects, during office placements, and thus future-oriented concepts are developed in close cooperation with our partners. Graduates’ relevant professional fields include architecture, engineering and construction companies, the construction industry, real estate development and housing companies, real estate companies, the public sector, as well as research and technical development in design and construction.
Admission requirements
Admission requirements: - A certificate of academic degree in Architecture (180 ECTS) with a Bachelor's degree grade of 2.3. -Demonstrably qualified professional practice in architecture-relevant areas such as in an architectural office of at least four months after the professionally qualifying certificate of academic degree in Architecture. - English language skills should be at least equal to: TOEFL iBT 79 or IELTS 6 or Cambridge First Certificate (A), equal to GER B2. Proof of English language skills can be forgone in certain cases; more information can be found on the degree course website/in the examination regulations:
