The degree course in Food Science will replace the previous degree course in Food Technology/Food Economics from the winter semester 2025/2026.
Two future-oriented areas of specialisation are possible: Food Technology (academic degree: Bachelor of Engineering) or Food Industry (academic degree: Bachelor of Science).
