Annotation

The life cycle of construction, real estate and infrastructure projects comprises different phases: Project development and financing, planning, realisation, operation, demolition or repurposing. In each phase of life, various specialists are involved who operate worldwide and are networked with each other with the help of state-of-the-art software solutions. This allows planning processes to be optimized and time and costs to be reduced. At the same time, issues of management, financial policy and contracts are becoming more and more important. Therefore, more and more interdisciplinary generalists are being sought who understand the way of thinking and language of the various participants, and can coordinate their contributions and mediate between them.
