The admission requirement is a qualified certificate of academic degree in Real Estate and Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate Management or comparable degree courses (according to Section 1 (3) of the Study and Examination Regulations linked at the bottom right) with a standard period of study of at least six semesters and 180 ECTS.
